3.1 student Privacy and rights

 

Student should be treated with respect, consideration, and dignity. The student had the right to privacy and confidentiality. Student or his/her guardian should be provided with information concerning the evaluation and treatment options.

Student should be given the opportunity to participate in decisions involving their healthcare when such participation is not contraindicated. Student has the right to refuse any treatment or diagnostic procedures if he/she advised of the medical consequences of that refusal.

3.2 Definitions

Neglect

The persistent or severe neglect of a child which results in impairment of health or development

Physical Abuse

Actual or likely physical injury to a child, or failure to prevent physical injury or suffering

Sexual Abuse

Actual or likely exploitation of a child by involvement in sexual activities without informed consent or understanding, or that violate social taboos or family roles

Emotional

Actual or likely severe adverse effects on the emotional and behavioral development of a child by persistent or severe emotional ill-treatment, inappropriacy, or rejection

 Potential abuse

Situations where children may not have been abused but here social and medical assessments indicate a high degree of risk that they might be abused in the future, including situations where another child in the household has been abused, or where there is a known abuser

3.3. Responding to possible abuse

A guide for considering information giving rise to doubts about a child’s safety or welfare

  • Decision Making

You must record the grounds for your concern, either in the patient’s records or in another appropriate way.

You should raise questions with the family and be open about your concerns, unless to do so would put the child at risk of harm,

You may wish to organize further contact by other members of your practice team or by suggesting a further appointment.

You may wish to consult with colleagues. This may give you fuller information and help you decide on your vest course of action.

You may wish to discuss your concerns with the social services team on a ‘what if…’basis.

You may wish to discuss your concerns with the designated nurse or doctor for child protection.

  • Taking Action

You may decide, after consultation or independently, to make contact with social services. This could mean contacting them for a discussion or making a direct referral.

3.4 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Class Teachers

Class teachers will, in most cases, be the first person that a concern is raised by. They will collated /accurate/secure written record of concerns and liaise with designated child protection staff.

  • The School Nurse

Their role is to ensure that relevant information obtained in the course of their duties is communicated to the Designed Teacher. Types of injures, attendance and frequency are recorded.

3.5. Responsibilities of the whole School Staff

  • All school staff has a responsibility to identify and report suspected abuse and to ensure the safety and well-being of the pupils in their school. In doing so they should seek advice and support as necessary from the Principal/Designated Teacher.
  • Staff is expected to provide a safe and caring environment in which children can develop the confidence to voice ideas, feelings and opinions. Children should be treated with respect within a framework of agreed and understood behavior.
  • All school staff is expected to:
  • Be aware of signs and symptoms of abuse.
  • Report concerns to the designated Teachers as appropriate.
  • Keep clear, Dated Factual and confidential records of child protection concerns.

مواردی که موجب کسر نمره انضباط ، دعوت از ولی و اخراج موقت می گردد عبارت است از :

 

1. تاخیر و غیبت های مکرر، عدم رعایت بهداشت فردی، نامناسب بودن ظاهر و پوشیدن لباس های نامناسب

2. همراه داشتن موبایل ،CD man,mp3player و وسایل غیر ضروری

3. استفاده از جملات زشت و نامناسب و برخورد نامناسب با سایرین

4. تخریب اموال و امکانات در اختیار

 

مواردی که موجب اخراج موقت و دائم می گردد:

 

1. درگیری فیزیکی و همراه داشتن سیگار و موارد مشابه آن

2. ایجاد رعب و وحشت در میان دانش آموزان از طریق وسایل محترقه و اشیاء ممنوعه

3. اخلال در محیط کلاس و مجتمع از جمله ایجاد صدای نامناسب و خارج از شئونات دانش آموزی

Students’ disciplinary duties

1

Attending students on time at the morning ceremony.

Attending order of line in the morning and in the hall courtyard of complex.

Entering  quickly to class after break time.

Observing  social and personal health (throwing  litter in dustbins  and recycling paper and plastic… , attending to the cleanliness of bags and shoes and clothes and books and  ....)

     5

Not having unjustified absences and absence of non-repetition.

     6

Cutting the hair on time and do not use hair gel and fashion.

     7

Parents should inform to vice principal the absence or delay of their child instantly.

     8

Do not damage the properties of school and others such as tables and chairs, Wall, clothes , books and bags .......

     9      

Lack of concentration and bustle in the lobby before entering the teacher.

    10    

Good discipline in the classroom, according to the teacher or representative of the class.

    11    

Avoiding of behavior that led them to dismissal the class.

    12    

Coordinating with the director and teacher in case you need to exit the classroom or school .

Wearing uniform, not using logo  jeans and shirts  .....

    14    

Not having a mobile phone, MP3 player, CD man and forbidden objects.

Unusing any type of food and chewing gum in class (eating food are permitted only in the school courtyard )

Pay attention to disciplinary notices of the manager of school.

Having educational materials such as books, pamphlets and notebooks.

Doing assignments requested by the teacher.

Attending  in all scientific activities and trying for success

Being  on time at the final exams.

Not having pamphlet and book and complying other provisions of exams.

Observing the rules and warnings that are announced by the authorities in each exam.

Trying to improve the average to the last year.

Students’ Educational Duties

A ttending  in sports and cultural and art activities .

O bserving and respecting the rights of teachers and other students and having a good relationships.

Having  activities outside the complex training program must be integrated with information and coordinating authorities.

3. Using ugly and inappropriate sentences and their treatment of others.

4. Destroying  the property and facilities of the school.

 

Cases that cause the permanent and temporary expelling:

 1.Fighting physically and having factors such as smoking.

2.Creating fear and panic among the students by means of explosives and banned objects.

3. Spoiling in the classroom and complex including inappropriate sound out of positions of students.

 

1.Earning 50  points (giving precious present, 30% discount in tuition  and 20% bus)

2.Earning 45% points(giving precious present,20% discount in tuition and 10% bus)

3.Earning 40% points(giving suitable present, 10% discount in tuition and 5% bus)
